Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on MediterraneanDietMealPlan.com — on the website and in our emails — are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something or sign up for a service, we may earn a commission. It never costs you anything extra.
Commissions never decide what we recommend. Recommendations are built around what actually helps, and we routinely point people toward free or lower-cost options that earn us nothing — tinned beans, own-brand olive oil for cooking and the frozen aisle among them.
Where the disclosure appears
Wherever a recommendation on this site carries an affiliate link, the disclosure sits with it on the page, not only here. That is deliberate: a disclosure a reader has to go looking for is not a disclosure.
What we will never recommend
Food and kitchen equipment only — olive oil, pantry staples, storage, cookware, cookbooks. We do not and will not promote supplements, "Mediterranean diet" pills, fat burners, detox products, weight-loss products or meal replacements, at any commission rate. Nothing on this site is sold on a health claim, because this site does not make health claims.
